Gilt title panel to upper board, decorative gilt tooled spine and title; rebacked with light wear to boards, but otherwise a very good example. Engraved title, table of statistics and 86 regional maps of France. Plus French dependencies around the World, including: Algeria, Isle de la Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Colonies in Africa, French Colonies in the Americas, Europe, Africa, South America, North America, Asia, Australasia. With a map of the whole of France showing the postal routes. 99 maps in total, all in early outline colour. In good condition.
