The earliest edition if have been able to locate of this atlas is from 1827. Louis Vivien de Saint Martin was a French mapmaker about whom we know little other than he flourished between 1818 and 1828. Phillips Atlases 767a.

With ornate engraved title page, and 47 maps (34 single page, 12 double page and a map of France in 4 sheets), and a table of contents number to 48 (France number as 2). With one or two minor tears and waterstained across the upper corner.
