Large, detailed map of this famous, wealthy principality. Inset of the city. From ‘Atlante Geografico dell Italia’. This is an example of the first state of the map before the breakup of the territory in 1861. It depicts Monaco as it was from 1815 to 1861 when it extended over 25 square kilometres extending beyond Menton.
