These mainly covered the period of the War of the Spanish Succession 1702-12. A second edition published in 1751 contained a handful more plates one of which is this of the towns and castles in Scotland. It contains views of the towns of Edinburgh, Sterling, Aberdeen, Glasgow and St. Andrews amongst others. Shirley BL G.Rap 1d no. 1a.
