From the Ulm edition of Ptolemy’s Geographia printed by Lienhart Holle. This is a landmark map, being the first printed modern map of Palestine. In the same year 1482 a Florence edition of the atlas appeared although we only know that it appeared in the summer. We do know the date of publication of this work, the 16 July 1482. Laor 603.
