This detailed large scale map centres on the extreme north east coast of Russia and displays Point Hope and Cape Prince of Wales in Alaska in the lower right. A new pasted on piece of paper charts an island to the north in greater detail than before. In the centre of the map is the Cherskiy region. This has the feel of a Russian Government map.
