A wonderful manuscript map of the town of Trevalga in Cornwall, between Tintagel and Boscastle. Beautiful detail of the town, all of the individual buildings are shown as are several of the farms to the south of town. Little is known of Christopher Bennison beyond the fact that he worked in Cornwall between 1840-43. Eden ‘Dictionary of Land Surveyors’ p. 35.
