The map is drawn to the scale of 2 inches to the mile and extends from London in the east south to Streatham, west to Wargrave, Shiplake and Prices Risborough. In the north east it extends to North Mimms and Enfield. This updated sheet dates to 1838 based on the fact that the Great Western Railway is shown open to Maidenhead (1838), but not to Twyford (1839).
