Le Clerc (1560-1621) first issued the ‘Theatre Geographique du Royaume de France’ in 1620 and over the ensuing years expanded the atlas with new maps. This one of the area between Le Mans and Dreux was introduced in 1626. Pastoureau LeClerc E no. 47
