A magnificent large scale map of the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands. It is drawn from Clement Lempriere’s chart published in 1755. Jacques Bellin was Hydrographer in the French Dépôt de la Marine. With access to the latest navigational reports, he produced a great many maps and charts of excellent quality. This chart was published in the ‘Hydrographie Francoise’. Shirley (2004) M.Bell 2a no. 10.
