A fine detailed map of the surrounds of the city of London published in the November 1766 issue of the ‘London Magazine’. It extends from Ware to Gravesend, Tonbridge and Amersham. A scale is placed upper right above the map and the remarks are below the map. It is interesting to note that the Battersea Ferry is marked just before the Battersea Bridge was built 1771-2.
