This uncommon fabulous survey of Lancashire was printed on four sheets and engraved by James Bingley. It bears a fine vignette view of the New Custom House, Liverpool and was published by Henry Teesdale in 1830. A table lower left outlines the extensive detail given on the map identifying even wind and water mills. The nascent railway network is already quite developed by 1830 and accurately displayed here. Rodger (1972) 258.
