This chart bears a very rare imprint which replaces the earlier title of ‘A Sea Chart Describing the British-Chanel’ according to Shirley. Richard Mount was apprenticed to Fisher in 1669, and in 1682 married his daughter, soon after which he was taken into partnership. Fisher died in 1692. This most likely came from an issue of the Coasting Pilot an example of which is in the British Library, the atlas bearing a John Seller imprint consistent with the dates 1684-87. Shirley (2004) M.Sell 2b no. 7.
