This map of Moravia in the present day Czech Republic was published in Abraham Ortelius’ ‘Theatrum Orbis Terrarum’, the first modern atlas, from 1573. The source is given as Paul Fabritius in 1569. Prominent are the towns of Olmuntz (Olomouc) and Brin (Brno). This example with Latin text to the verso was published in 1579. Karrow 1/85 & p. 163; Van der Broecke 104.
