This extremely rare item was engraved by Gaspar Bouttats of Vienna. It depicts on the left side Kent, Essex, and part of Suffolk, as well as London, the region of concern in the Dutch War of the mid-1660s. The right side illustrates the fierce and daring Dutch raid on the Medway where they fired on the English Fleet laid up and inflicted arguably the worst naval defeat in English history.
