This map by Louis Brion de la Tour (fl.1756-1803) displays Turkey, Palestine, present day Iraq and Iran, the Caucasus region and the Arabian Peninsula. It was published in his atlas entitled “Atlas General Methodique …” With a decorative title cartouche in a rococo style border. Not in Al Ankary; Tooley’s Dictionary.
